Morbid Dork
A barely used Shakespeare Review sheet covered with doodles of Mary. She’s so fun to draw (and not to mention, be around).

He sounded like Louis Armstrong and Tom Waits. Combined with the honks and beeps of the cars and the jazz music, it all sounded fantastic!

And if it didn’t make the turn, it would run off the tracks, and land on my head!

Daily Comic 5/30

And if it didn’t make the turn, it would run off the tracks, and land on my head!

Today, as I was scrounging for jobs downtown, I stopped in at Graham’s Comics on Madison St. to see if anyone had purchased any copies of my comic, ‘Morbid Dork #1’. I wasn’t expecting anyone to have bought any, but to my surprise, TWO COPIES HAD BEEN SOLD! Those were the happiest three dollars I’ve ever made! Thank you to whoever bought the comics! If you tell me who you are I will draw you a thank you note!
Other great news! Two copies of ‘Morbid Dork #1’ ARE NOW AVAILABLE at Brainstorm Movies, Comics, and Gaming (located at 1648 West North Avenue in Wicker Park) and also at G-Mart (located at 2641 North Kedzie Avenue in Logan Square). And there are still three (count ‘em, 1,2, 3!) copies available at the historic Quimby’s (located at 1854 West North Avenue in Wicker Park).
Thanks again to everyone who has bought the comic book and read any of my other stuff!

Ohhhhh yeah… Used to work there!

Open Books has some of the most important, educational, and influential writing and literacy programs available in Chicago. Also, their book store is the epitome of used book stores. I challenge you to go in there and not tear up at all the amazing books they have.

Way to go everyone at Open Books!
